Global SPC participated in preparing the activities of the Armenia: Investment Forum that took place in New York, October 10-11, 2016. Global SPC provided information support for government spokespersons who made their reports during forum meetings dedicated to pharmaceutical investments in Armenia, as well as invited international experts to give speeches.

Panelists obtained information from the Pharmacy Handbook: Armenia-2016, developed by Global SPC for the Development Foundation of Armenia.

Global SPC has developed and published "Pharmaceutical Guide: Armenia-2016" for the Development Foundation of Armenia. The publication provides for prospective investors in Armenia’s pharmaceutical field all the necessary and comprehensive information on business operation, legal and political aspects of pharmacy, taxation, customs, investment and other issues.

The Guide includes information on pharmaceutical importers and foreign representatives of pharmaceutical companies in the Republic of Armenia. It comprehensively highlights pharmaceutical market trends in the Republic of Armenia in terms of production, export and import, as well as educational institutions of this field.

Global SPC has provided business, consulting and legal services to Miaban Cultural Foundation.

Consulting and legal services rendered to the Foundation include legal status and frame adjustment, foundation registration and negotiation with partner organizations.

“To survive in digital world” book has been published

“Global SPC” has published “To survive in digital world” book for a wide range of readers by order of the representative of “Kaspersky Lab” in Armenia. Within the frameworks of works of the book publishing on Armenian language, “Global SPC’” has performed translation, editing and proofreading texts and comments to pictures, graphics processing and the overall design of the book.

“Business without threats” book – on the tables of Armenian businessmen

“Global SPC” has performed works for the release of the “Business without threats” book on Armenian. Our experts have presented the threats faced by managers especially of small and medium-sized enterprises, the solutions used to counter the threats. Besides that, the international practice of reducing impact and preventing cyber threats has been presented. “Global SPC” has performed the systematization of the material collected, prepared and localized, edited and proofread the texts.

Publication of the book “IT-security for Dummies”

“Global SPC” has begun the release of series of books “... for Dummies”, which provide popular consultation on different areas. “IT-security for Dummies” book was published the first, which collected the information that provides a common user with knowledge and advices needed for safe use of computer and other digital devices.

“Global SPC” company has performed the capacity assessment of three laboratories of the Ministries of Healthcare and of Agriculture of RA in the fields of procurement, warehousing, and inventory. The assessment services have been rendered within the frameworks of the Program of Collaboration Towards Reducing the Biological Threat of the Department of Defense of the USA. In order to perform the assessment “Global SPC” has developed questionnaires for surveys and interviews with management and staff of laboratories, has conducted surveys and interviews, monitoring of procurement, warehousing and inventory processes, documentation and analysis of the problems in these processes.

“Global SPC” has assisted JICA in its Project for Ex-post Evaluation Activities of “Yerevan Combined Cycle Co-generation Power Plant (YCCPP) Project”. JICA (The Japan International Cooperation Agency) is a governmental agency that coordinates official development assistance for the government of Japan. It is chartered with assisting economic and social growth in developing countries, and the promotion of international cooperation. Within the frameworks of the project, “Global SPC” assisted the consultant from JICA in collecting and processing project-related data and information, and reporting the evaluation results as instructed.

“Global SPC” and Octavia Japan Co. has concluded an agreement on cooperation. Octavia Japan Co. specializes in official development assistance (ODA) projects, other consulting services and international business assistance.

“Global SPC” company has performed the development and launch of kaspersky.am - Armenian site of “Kaspersky Lab” - the leading international company in the field of computer security. Trilingual (Armenian, English, Russian) website is dedicated to Kaspersky Security Day conference, which has been held in Yerevan by “Kaspersky Lab”. Objective of the conference, the agenda, the possibility of registration and list of speakers were represented in the site, as well as the offers of “Kaspersky Lab” tools for business cybersecurity.

“Global SPC” company has performed the works of projecting, developing and launching of the website of “Deltapro” projection-production company. www.deltapro.am website, which has been designed with the use of innovative solutions, allows the company to present products (e.g., metal-plastic, aluminum and glass structures), services and projects to the visitors in the most convenient way, to be able to communicate interactively with potential customers. “Global SPC” has performed the development of the structure of the trilingual (Armenian, English, Russian) site, preparation of text, graphics and photo materials.

“Global SPC” company has established partnerships with “Kaspersky Lab” – the leading international computer security company, becoming its marketing agent in Armenia. “Global SPC” performs works on promotion of the software and services of “Kaspersky Lab” in Armenia. Within the frameworks of these works, “Global SPC” organizes different events, which are aimed to establish and to strengthen contacts with potential customers, to increase “Kaspersky Lab” brand awareness.

“Global SPC” company has performed the works of developing the website of “Jazzve” company, which included the developing of the structure of the website, the preparation and development of text, graphic and photo materials.  Trilingual (Armenian, Russian and English) website www.jazzve.am, which contains a number of innovative solutions and meets the latest requirements of the time, provides information about the “Jazzve” café chain, baking stores, “Coffee ToGo” points and delivery service, as well as provides an opportunity for online shopping and booking tables in the cafe chain.

“Global SPC” company has performed works of creating the brand, trademark and website (www.fruttidelmare.com) for the “Frutti del Mare” American fish products sector company. Within the framework of collaboration with the American company, “Global SPC” has performed work towards the presentation and selling of fish products produced in Armenia in the American market.

“Global SPC” company continued the collaboration with the World Bank within the framework of Doing Business project remaining as the most active local business agent of that project performed during the year. “Global SPC” remains in leading position among Armenian organizations by the number of specialists participating in the surveys carried out within the project.

“Global SPC” is participating in these surveys since 2006 and has conducted studies regarding the enforcement of the 11 indicators of the Doing Business in Armenia.

In the Framework of the World Bank funded “Strengthening of Training Capacity of the School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia” project Global SPC has signed a consultancy services contract with the “Judicial Projects Implementation Unit” State Institution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia for the implementation of the “Review of Existing Framework of Pro-bono Aid Services, Including International Best Practice on Pro-bono Legal Aid Services As Well As Financing Challenges”.

This will include analysis of past and existing pro-bono legal aid services in Armenia and international best practices of pro-bono legal aid services as well as carrying out of a national workshop with participation of relevant ministries/agencies of the Government and civil society, international organizations and donors present in the country.
